    Senior Pharmacist

    0.5WTE (18.5 hours per week)

    ·         Temporary specified purpose (until approx. June 2022)

    ·         H.S.E. funded

    ·         Based in Magheramore, Co. Wicklow

    An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Pharmacy Department for an enthusiastic pharmacist seeking to attain a senior position. The successful candidate will work with the Chief Pharmacist to develop and ensure the safe, efficient and effective provision of dispensing, clinical and medicines information pharmacy services for patients of Wicklow Hospice. The post holder will work with the pharmacy team to assist in the ongoing development of a quality, patient-centred pharmacy service.

    Essential Requirements

    Qualifications

    ·         Be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (The Pharmacy Regulator) or be entitled to be so registered.

    Experience

    ·         Minimum of three years relevant post registration experience as a pharmacist

    ·         Experience working in hospital pharmacy practice
