Applications are invited for the position of Senior Pharmacist in the Pharmacy Department of St. Vincent’s University Hospital.

Interviews for this role will take place on the week commencing 1st July 2019.

Role Summary: Provide effective, efficient and safe pharmaceutical care to all patients under their care in SVUH under the direction of the Clinical Pharmacy Services Manager. Identify and address individual patient care needs where appropriate. Advise and provide information to other healthcare professionals, including other pharmacists, to assist them in their care of the patient.
