There are many notable findings
One statistic does pose a question
Pharmacists that have gone on to have a career in Hospital Pharmacy have a 88.1% response that they agree or strongly agree that they are "satisfied with my career path".
This compares to 97.2% in Industry and 100% in Academia
If Hospital Pharmacy is to recruit and retain the workforce it needs to provide safe and efficient care, what steps need to be taken to close the gap between the lived experience in other sectors?
