Opportunity for a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to lead Pharmacy services in the Emergency Department at Tallaght University Hospital (TUH) in Dublin. The successful candidate will work closely with ED consultants and other healthcare staff to identify and optimise medicine related issues to improve both patient quality of care and safety.

TUH is one of Ireland’s largest acute teaching hospitals and one of two main teaching hospitals of Trinity College Dublin. Together our 95 pharmacy staff provide a comprehensive, patient focused and forward thinking pharmacy service.
