Mater Private Hospital, Dublin has opportunities  for permanent and temporary pharmacists, basic and senior grade.

This role will offer the candidate flexible working within our services. This is an opportunity to join a hospital with an exciting programme for medicines automation. We are currently implementing automated dispensing cabinets in all wards and we are on track to go-live with a full electronic healthcare record including electronic prescribing  and medication administration in June 2024.

Mater Private is a 210 bed level 4 acute hospital with a busy chemotherapy compounding service. The successful candidate may work in the aseptic unit or clinical pharmacy service depending on experience.

We  can provide support for continuing professional development / post-graduate courses for the successful applicant. Training will be provided for new graduates, if successful.

Candidates for senior roles should have 3 years post-registration hospital experience.  A post-graduate qualification and / or aseptics experience is desirable. More information or job description available on request. Further information available from / send applications to fionnuala.kennedy@materprivate.ie. Closing date COB 31/12/2023.
