Tallaght University Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Pharmacist in medication safety. This is a full time position, working alongside Nursing, Medical & Pharmacy colleagues to enhance the medication safety programme. Within the post, approximately 50% of the successful candidate’s time will be focused on a single priority medication safety project area: initially this will be Thrombosis Prevention. This is a unique opportunity for the suitable candidate to develop skills and experience in a variety of areas, while retaining a strong clinical aspect in their day to day work.
