Clinical Pharmacist (Basic Grade)

Marymount University Hospital & Hospice, Cork

Clinical pharmacist required to join the established team providing a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service to a 44-bed specialist palliative care in-patient unit.

Permanent, full time post with the opportunity to work as part of the wider multidisciplinary team providing holistic care to patients and their families.

Role involves daily clinical review of charts, medicines reconciliation for patients admitted to or being discharged from the wards, dispensing of prescriptions for patients taking leave and participation in MDT meetings. Hospital experience desirable but not essential.
