Applications are invited for the position of Senior Pharmacist - Anticoagulation Stewardship (permanent position) at St Vincent's University Hospital.

The Anticoagulation Stewardship Pharmacist will work as an integral member of the SVUH VTE team, aiming to continually improve and develop the management of VTE prophylaxis and treatment and to optimise the safe use of anticoagulant drugs in SVUH.
