An opportunity has arisen for a pharmacist in permanent role working 24.5 hours per week across palliative care, older persons care and in rheumatology services at Our Lady's Hospice and Care Services. It's an exciting time to join the pharmacy team as the palliative care teams begin to work towards developing an electronic health record clinical management system. Final year pharmacy students due to register as pharmacists later this year are very welcome to  apply. For further information go to the OLH&CS website careers page: https://olh.ie/careers/ or email eodwyer@olh.ie. Closing Date 13th September.
