    In 2023, UPMC Ireland embarked on a Transformation Programme for its Pharmacy service and several exciting new posts continue to be created to support this. One of these posts is an Advanced Specialist Pharmacist (Pharmacotherapy) based in UPMC Whitfield Hospital (Waterford).
