Pharmacist (Clinical Pharmacy Services)
(Grade depending on level of experience)
This is a Fixed Term Contract (Feb 2018-December 2018)
Requirements
¨ Must be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
¨ Have not less than three years satisfactory post-registration hospital/clinical pharmacy experience if applying for Senior Grade.
¨ MSc or Diploma in Clinical/Hospital Pharmacy or equivalent necessary for senior grade.
¨ Possess the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office
¨ Possess a high standard of administrative, supervisory and organisational ability
