    Applications are invited for the position of Senior Pharmacist (Temporary - 12 month contract approx.) in St Vincent’s University Hospital.

     

    Role Summary:

    Work as part of an enthusiastic and dedicated team, continuously aiming to develop and maintain processes and services to the highest standards.  Provide effective, efficient and safe pharmaceutical care to all patients under their care in SVUH under the direction of the Clinical Pharmacy Services Manager. Identify and address individual patient care needs where appropriate.  Advise and provide information to other healthcare professionals, including other pharmacists, to assist them in their care of the patient.
